    Great Location - A Bit Spooky

    The location on busy, crowded Capitol Hill couldn't be better for residents of central Seattle. It's clean, but it was strange to move in with the supplied entry code, but no staff present. The office was locked and no indication when they would return. I also did not see a contact phone number listed. As great a location this property is, it's also in a district with plenty of troubled people who could readily enter the property when someone opens the gate. That would be unpleasant and dangerous. These days it's tough to find reliable help, and I'm happy that the hours are not limited to when someone is in the office. Still, it's a concern and also a potential liability for the property.

    The manager was super friendly

    The manager was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The online reservation system made it easy when I went to actually get my unit. Great experience overall

    The insurance thing was annoying

    The insurance thing was annoying. I had to sign up for it even though I knew I was covered and had to cancel after the fact. It's also not clear on the website you need it on PURPOSE. Come on, PS.

    The check in process was very smooth and the staff are very friendly. Bob even stayed a little bit late so that I could get access to the dolly carts after the office had closed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

    I like it but . . .

    Great experience with Cody, the site manager. Very nice guy. However for the 1000 units at this multistory location, they need more than 2 carts. The main gate being left open overnight might contribute to the theft of the other carts. Basic storage, lights work, elevator works, doors work. No complaints.

    Great Facility

    Cody who checked us in and help get us our unit was very professional and courteous. He gave us a tour of the facility and explained the security operations and asked pertinent questions to ensure we got the the unit suitable for our needs. Very delightful to work with and an asset to your organization. What I did find to be lacking was beyond his control. But there is a lack of of dollys for use by the tenants. You definitely need more and may I suggest that you do it like shopping carts at the grocery store or like baggage carts at the airport.

    It's a very secure spot. Dody helped us and she was really sweet and informative. A little pricey.
