If Your Life is In Storage, You Need Heroes Not Hostility

Life is Hard Enough As It Is. But when there is a crisis or emergency that affects your housing situation and all your possessions must go into storage, you need Heroes who can help, not hassles, headaches and Hostiles who hinder. A certain other local storage facility chain closes at 6pm sharp with no after hours access; at 6:01pm you're violating the contract and increasingly rude emails and texts are sent till you are forced out and you may or may not be able to claim your things. The folks at LifeStorage have been friendly, helpful and reasonable, and their accessible hours end at 10pm, which is much more realistic for those like me who don't keep regular office hours. Highly recommended!
