Good Storage Unit in Seattle

Facility seems good overall. Unit I got was a bit crooked (not a rectangle) which was weird but everything fits. Check it took quite a long time from an administration standpoint and that is my only gripe. Free use of box truck is a nice perk though. Would recommend to anyone in the Seattle area.

Beware: hidden fees

I chose this storage unit because the online price was $53. Sounds great right? Well when you actually go to the place, you have to pay for insurance, a lock, and administration, which brought the price to over 100 dollars. In addition, the sign in process is slow, the layout is confusing, and I kept having issues with my gate code not working. The manager was kind and helpful and the place seems pretty secure but I think there are many better and cheaper options in the area.

often locked out

At least 4 times (in < 2 months) my account access code has been locked when I try to enter the secure area. It's related to a glitch from when they set up my account, and haven't gotten it right yet. But the space is clean enough and easy to access, as long as you come early enough. They close at 7 and will lock you in if you're even a minute late leaving.

I came and was helped really fast. They called me within 1 hour of making the online reservation. The entire experience was easy and super helpful! Highly recommend
