    Great customer service

    Very accommodating staff. We arrived 5 min before closing time and they took the time to check us in, tour the space and we never felt rushed. Staff was great.

    Easy to read and straight forward

    Clean and safe storage unit

    My only gripes are that it does not have 24 hour access and the isles are a little tight to maneuver a 20+ foot moving truck. A little annoyed that I had to buy a special cylinder lock for my unit instead of using my own pad lock. Other than that the customer service is top notch and the units are very clean and sturdy. They assure that the special locks adds that much more to security. It’s also out of the way with zero day to day traffic

    Its clean , quiet, and Freddie the front desk employee was professional, courteous and helpful. I wish there was lighting in the units or an outlet to bring my own.
