My husband and I had a great experience with the West Seattle Public Storage location. Pascal was very informative, professional and kind. She showed us around and explained everything from the hours to how to securely lock the unit. We are very pleased.

Made reservation via phone call for a ...

Made reservation via phone call for a move into a larger unit. The lady that made the reservation said that she had to leave a note because I was moving into a larger unit and not a new unit, per se. When we went to the appointment, that note was not there, so we had to go over all the details again, before we could view the possible units. Other than that mix up, everything went smoothly.

Smooth transaction

Reserved unit online, got call back, went & looked at unit. Everything was as offered. Insurance (required) was a bit steep.

We were so pleased with the help we received from the young man helping us. His name is Justin. It has been over a week since we got our unit and with our move we just got internet. We appreciate that he took his time to explain to us all the details concerning our rental.

Patrick Was extremely helpful and accommodating. He took us in really late and got things moving really quickly. We really appreciate his help!

Justin was amazing! Called from the road to see if we could come straight there since we were moving to West Seattle and needed storage before we could get into our place. He was super helpful both on the phone and in person - as soon as we arrived we were shown the space / paperwork was drawn up / started the move in process all within a few minutes! Thanks Justin!

I love this place because they have probably the best employee in all of Seattle working for them. Patrick has exceeded all standards in terms of customer service. Nice facility

Nice facility. Only drawback is the carts are broken and hard to roll. They need to be cleaned and oiled periodically.

Our experience with Justin, the manager at this Public Storage facility, was top rate! He was efficient and helpful. The facility itself is very clean, has an elevator, several moving carts (although a couple more would be helpful for those really busy long weekends), and a clean restroom. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Justin went above and beyond

Justin went above and beyond making sure my storage unit experience was wonderful. The price was amazing for our unit and we will recommend this Public storage unit to anyone in the west Seattle area.

Safe Secure Comfortable

I had a great experience with the gentleman who I spoke to. I am sorry I don't remember his name but he did say it was his first day on the job and I was his 1st customer. He treated me very well and being that I am in the customer service industry I know what it takes to be successful and take care of people the right way. With that being said I signed up for a storage space that day and was very pleased with the whole experience.

Good but can be even better

Excellent customer service. NOT enough carts to move items. Two hard to find carts aren't enough for this facility

I have used them many times throughout the years. Customer service is top notch with precise communication with friendly approach. Security of property is very important to me. And they deliver. Special offers are always a plus.
