SmartStop Self Storage - Mill Creek - 16618 Bothell Everett Hwy

No galley carts available for use

There were no galley carts available for use during my planned move-in. My unit was on the third floor, and because access is restricted to your assigned floor, I couldn't check whether carts had been left elsewhere. Carrying everything one item at a time simply wasn't practical, so I returned home with all of my belongings still in my vehicle. One additional observation: during my visit, someone was playing drums loudly inside their storage unit. It was unusual and raised questions about how the facility is monitored and whether activities unrelated to storage are permitted. I decided not to continue with the rental because the entire experience had become a needless waste of my time.

The most bang for your buck

I had trouble finding somewhere that would be the right price and the right size for what I needed to store but when I was directed to smart stop I found it all. The staff is awesome and very fun and the property is huge and easy to access. Ots a great place to have the stuff you have valuable to you stay safe!

Consistently 5 star Customer Service

I'm behind on my payments So there was a gray cloud over my head coming into the facility to see my balanc I will be honest I was not looking forward to it. Johnathon was there to greet me with the most genuine kindness and was understanding, not at all like Past experiences with other Storage facilities. Kindness is paramount at this facility. customer service all Star Johnathon thanks for brightening my day. I recommend Smartstop 1000%

Great experience

Melissa is very good at customer assistance!

All around great

Melissa was absolutely wonderful she took what was a stressful situation and time for me and made it not stressful and went above and beyond to accommodate me.

5x5 storage unit

Great location to have access to my storage. Easy process to get in and out.

Is what it is

Not a lot of room to move around in in the hallways. And not all that confident with their statement of being climate controlled.

Melik is outstanding!

He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even transferred me to another run it when he noticed that the door on my unit wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t working well which I actually didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even notice. He was truthful and he does an excellent job with his work.

Temporary storage for items

It was a good price and fit my needs. The lady that helped me (I think her name was Deidra) was great. I had to move my appointment time around several times and she was very accommodating.
