Best place in the area for long term storage

Ken at the Kirkland Public Storage was very knowledgeable about the storage units, insurance and all topics that were of concern to me. I rented a space and plan on a long term storage relationship with that facility. I had visited other locations of Public Storage and found Ken to be the most personable and knowledgeable, which made my decision for me. Thanks

Decent. A little outdated and costly, even at the discounted price, but that's the way of things around this region, I suppose. Just feels like 1985 has rolled back around, but has lost some of its shine. Not likely to find an equal or better option for less in the area, however. Good selection of units. Seems safe enough. Nice staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly.

My sister recently got a storage unit at Public Storage and encouraged me to do the same when my move date approached. Blake, the manager, is highly exceptional and helpful. He made my move into my storage unit easy and comfortable. I would recommend him and Public Storage to anyone looking to store their belongings.

Exactly what I needed when I needed it

I was recently injured in an accident. I need to move closer to the hospital for treatment anf the convenience. With the lack of housing available in the area. I had to place the majority of my things into storage. I found this public storage convenient and easy access to where I living. The staff is friendly, understanding, outgoing and very helpful in getting me into a unit quickly.

Price is too high

The facility is OK. Not as clean as I would like but is a storage unit after all. My big problem is the fee. It was raised this year by about 20 bucks which is about 7%. As soon as I can get a place for my stuff I am outta there.
