I choose CSI because they had a great new customer predicting deal. Then, I learned about the move-in service. It was amazing! They sent a big truck and two strong guys and they packed took my belongings in their truck and then unloaded it all into my storage unit! It was amazing!! So worth it!! The building seems to be very secure against theft and fire. It is always clean and access to strange is covered... Basically the whole ground floor is a parking lot. So there's no getting soaked moving things in and out of your car or your storage unit. CSI rocks so far.

BEST Storage facility I've ever rented at!

I've been renting a storage unit at CSI Storage for a couple of months now, and I have to say, it’s been a great experience! The staff is super nice and understanding which makes a difference. Plus, you can't beat the price they offer—it’s such a good deal! I didn't need the moving service, but I love that they offer it for those who do. It’s nice to know they have that option available. It is a very secure facility and I KNOW my items are safe here Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and would definitely recommend CSI Storage to anyone looking for storage!

Did they say free movers? Yes - Wow!

They have been so accommodating in a time of my life when I really need help. They offer free movers - free movers! I didn't have the manpower to move my belongings and they did it for me. They treat me with dignity and respect and I cannot say enough good about them, it has been a great experience so far. The only issue I have is the access hours are 7am - 7pm - but that's on me because I am late to everything and push to the last minute. They have lives to lead and are providing a service, so it is understandable and I needed to learn to keep better hours anyway. Thank you!

AWESOME Storage Facility & Staff

The owners are incredibly nice and wonderful people! They help you move for free! This is a family run business. The husband brought a truck, loaded up my stuff from another storage facility across town and then unloaded it at their facility. He even brought items up to the 4th floor where my unit is located. The facility is gaited, clean and has a restroom available for customers. It's an actual bathroom, not a port-a-potty and it's CLEAN! There are LOTS of flatbed carts and TWO elevators. It's nice and cool. I went the other day to organize some things and it was wonderful to get out of the heat. There isn't 24/7 access, but most places don't have that anyway. This place does cut off the access time a bit earlier than most places. Access is only until 7:00 PM. It's conveniently located near freeway access near Target & Walmart (Central Shopping Centre) by S. 23rd & Union.

Storage rating

I havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been renting too long but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very satisfied. I like how clean it is and it is convenient to where I stay. I also like how secure it is. The only thing I would like to see happen is is extending the hours to 9.

Very nice

Great storage facility that is super clean and well lit. Easy access and secure. I'm happy and feel stress free after a horrible break in where I lost everything at a large chain facility. This place is well run and Mandy the on -site manager is awesome.
