    I was not impressed with the lock on my unit door

    Customer service: no complaints, they were friendly and very helpful The time it took for me to find a storage unit to me moving in was less than 24 hours: surprisingly impressed, thanks sparefoot! Price: fortunately for myself I got holiday deals Too early to really say if I would recommend this to any friends or family

    Cheaper than any other storage in Everett and surrounding towns!!!

    I have been paying $80. A month for a 5+5 at another storage in Everett and I have been mis-treated by the owner so unbelievably bad that I would probably use them if I had the money to do so! But I can get almost 3 units for that price at smart stop storage!!! Incredible!!! I'm so happy I found this place and can't wait to tell everyone I love about them and their amazing affordable prices!! Thank you so much smart stop u are saving me a fortune!!

    There were quite a few things that went wrong.

    There were quite a few things that went wrong and it was not a good experience dealing with the employee there. All in all you get what you pay for... so I'm glad the price was low.

    AMAZING!

    I have dealt with plenty of storage places and all though the guy checking me in was new he stayed late to make sure I got all checked in and that my code worked. He didnt leave until everything was secure.

    Great customer service, awesome prices

    For the space we needed the price was perfect. We had never used a storage unit, and at first I was skeptical but was quickly reassured by the staff. Great customer service goes a long way.
