This facility seems to have excellent security features so I feel safe leaving my property there. Plus the woman at the front desk was super nice and very helpful.

The lady who helped me with my reservation when I arrived was thorough, polite, friendly, enthusiastic, etc. I actually commented to her at the time what a great employee she is. So whoever she is, do whatever you need to do to hang onto her!

I'm pleased with the facility.

There was an issue with the facility being open for my appointment on Sunday morning. There was a family emergency with one of the employees. The guy who came over from another facility (Tony) to open up was exceptional.

The process was easy

The process was easy, the courteous and friendly staff made it a very pleasant experience. I only just started my experience with Public Storage, so we will see if it all still is great in 6 months.

Quick, easy, inexpensive and efficient.

I looked through all the public storage available rental spaces and this location had the most inexpensive price out of all of them. They’re not to far from my house as well. I put my reservation in before work and came by when I got off and was in and out of that office in no time. Tasha was great to work with. I actually made a reservation for another unit for my boss. So I already recommended it and he’s going to go look at it on the weekend, well probably now.
