Customer Service and Access

The customer service from David was A++++ when I was purchasing the unit. The access is so easy with the app and the automatic gate is great with the app.

User friendly

Cameron helped me with my access code and with my lock as this is the first time I have rented a storage unit. Thank you Cameron.

Jennifer was amazing

Jennifer, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. She made sure everything ran so smoothly.

A few considerations:

They don't tell you that 10' wide is less than 9' wide doorway so pretty difficult to get wide trailer into. The aisle is pretty narrow for negotiating truck/trailer. The on-site staff person was pleasant and helpful when you could find her.

Unit was exactly as described!

Unit was exactly as described and facilities were clean and easy to navigate. There were several dolly's available which made it easy for us to show up and start moving things into our unit right away. Our unit was on the third floor but the elevators moved quickly so it wasn't a problem.

Jennifer and Larisa were fabulous...went up and beyond with rental information and Larisa provided a COVID appropriate tour of the Storage unit. I was very impressed with the customer service...answered all my questions, provided important advice and ensured this was an efficient process! Bottom line, I rented immediately!

This is my first storage unit that I have rented. The people in the office were very helpful, they explained the process very clearly,and I got a $75.00 discount. Joe was very helpful in showing me where my storage unit was located, explaining how to open the entrance gate, buying a lock, getting insurance, and renting my unit. Thank You!

Joseph made the reservation process so easy and helped me get into the right sized unit. The one I originally wanted would not have accommodated all our items. He was friendly, Knowledgeable and provided great customer service.

Excellent. Whatever I needed, I got it. I reserved a bigger unit but the storage manager suggest to keep a smaller unit for my need and it was perfect. I ended up paying less for my need.

Overall good experience, but online shows that next due is on January 1, but it should be Jan 15.

Great welcome and easy check-in

Great welcome and easy check-in. I wish I wasn't on the third floor and so far away, but that paled in comparison to the warm greeting and available hours. I needed to move-in on Sunday and the storage I had originally reserved was not open and would not work with me so I truly appreciate the available hours.

Jennifer showed me all of my options and gave me valuable moving hints. Downsizing is very difficult psychologically and physically, but she made it as painless as possible to get my things stored. She was professional, caring and added some needed humor to my situation! After my first visit with her when I was just checking the options out, I went back and rented here because of her. Thank you to Jennifer!
