Looks a little run down. Doesn't feel very secure.

I dont know what to say about this property. Ive definitely seen alot better public storage facilities other then this one.

Pleasae provide at least 1 cart in every hall way so we can easily use and unload it s not realistic to think we should roam every bldg and hallway to find a cart and then unload. Move in good mgr helped but the online res service doesnt work unless its mgr hrs, even tho the facility is open later. Should be centralized and work at whatever hour.

First impression: very good

So far, so good - upon arrival, we've been greeted by Richard, the manager, who proved to be very helpful,professional, polite and pleasant person. The unit is exactly as advertised - clean, spacious enough, relatively good access(it's located inside the building, but no problem to access, really) So far, we pretty happy. The only one drawback - lack of power outlets (probably due to fire safety concerns). Other than that - everything is OK, right up to expectations.

We are happy with the unit and the staff is friendly and helpful. We moved from a different storage unit and found the the cost to be more reasonable and the access to be just as easy.

The staff is really helpful here. They try to help you save the money as much as possible and also explain the terms of agreement. Richard Pollack was really helpful with the move.

Richard and Jeff were both very friendly, giving great customer service. It was very easy to get the size storage unit that I needed after some questions of what I would be storing. Having packing supplies at the location helped as well since I needed packing tape. I was in and out in less than 30 min. I do wish that they would have told me that I needed a lock before getting a storage unit. I had no choice but to purchase the lock that they had at the location, which was $20. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Richard is a great guy and a fantastic manager. Extremely helpful. Been with Public Storage since 1990s. Just wish it was heated.

Excellent service - just what I needed without any hassle/up-selling attempts.

The need arose where I needed a storage unit right away - I was able to get situated with one within hours of my initial inquiry. The price is reasonable and they didn't try to get me to buy something more than I needed. Thanks!
