Didn’t reserve my unit until 2 days before I needed it. Online was super easy to confirm, then going in and the front desk associate was helpful and showed me my unit the day before. Accessed it the day of in the late evening hours and had no problem getting into the building or getting into my unit. Move in was super smooth!

Had a bit of trouble finding which gate to enter in front as the larger storage units are in a separate location than the smaller ones. After finding the unit, everything was super smooth. No face to face interaction required making the whole move very covid friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly reception I received when I first showed up for my appointment and I liked how thorough Rose was when she showed me the units, explained the size options, shared the monthly rental rates, gate access, security protocols and hours of accessibility. I was completely satisfied.

Helpful, friendly staff, clean, and good prices! Ashtin was very helpful, he showed me several units until we found the perfect one for me! Update - I no longer needed my storage unit, and the close out process was just as pleasant as the rental! I dealt with Ashtin again, and would highly recommend - he is professional and helpful - greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

They made the whole process a breeze. I called them on a Saturday, told them what I had, and they recommended a size unit to me. I ended up getting a bigger one with the $1 first month promotion since I don't intend to use it for more than a couple months. Marcus was very nice and accommodating.
