Kathy at the Gig Harbor Public Storage facility made my experience excellent. She really cares and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied with their storage space, and if their not, she does her best to switch them to another space. I trust Kathy and that means that I trust Public Storage.

Your manager in Gig Harbor, Theresa, was very helpful and very kind to us because we are going though some serious family issues at the moment. She has gone out of her way to help us and I think she deserves recognition for her hard work.

Liz was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed.

I was thrilled to hear how upbeat Liz was answering the phone. She had all the information I was seeking plus more. I was high satisfied with her attention to detail in our conversation while I was getting quotes for storage rentals.

This was my first time getting a rental space and the ladies assisting me were amazing. They made everything easy to understand.Quick and helpful not only was I helped by the staff on hand, her off duty coworker also helped explain things. I do believe their names were Shayna and the other was Elizabeth. They no doubt made me feel as if I made the best decision in obtain the unit I did.

Liz was awesome! She got the paperwork done quickly, showed the space and got me back on my way in no time. She was very courteous and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend using this facility for your storage needs!

Decent overall

Ideal location, price was a little higher than expected, zero discounts for active duty military families forced to relocate, and they make you purchase insurance on top of their rates. At least its secure.

Public Storage gets an A

Recieved a call from Liz at Public Storage that they had a unit available when there was nothing else available in our area. Being we were total virgins to storage renting we encountered a fabulous experience with Liz. I would highly recommend them for all your future storage needs.

My wife and I were recently in need of a large storage space and we turned to Public Storage as we have in the past. We were met by Liz and Anna at the Gig Harbor, WA facility. Although they were not able to provide us with the specific size of storage space we needed, they did everything humanly possible to search for other facilities that could accommodate our needs. We were both very impressed with their customer service and follow-up calls to make sure our needs had been met. If everyone in customer service provided the help that Liz and Anna provided, life would go much smoother for everyone. These two ladies should be commended for their attention to duty and Public Storage should realize their value as exemplary employees. Thanks again, Dennis E.

I had the best customer service experience from Becky in the Gig Harbor office and Dee in Tacoma. They both went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I wish all companies had this level of customer service.
