Convenient except for hours

I really appreciate how easy it was to reserve and move into a storage unit. The facility is nice enough and the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. I didn't notice the very limited hours when I reserved the unit though. They close at 5 on weekends and 6 in weekdays, which is extremely inconvenient and hadn't even occurred to me as a possibility. I understand only being stuffed during business hours, but bring completely closed to access seems pretty unreasonable.

No stair access, elevators always broke

Got trapped in elevator 1.5 hrs and then there were no elevators working for the next 3 days and no stair access

Vince was very kind and patient with me as I peppered him with a list of questions about renting storage space (first-timer here!). I opted to go in and he showed me the storage space before i set up my account. Facility looked clean and updated.

Decent service. Can't argue $50, they make you take out insurance for $15 a month. Currently being renovated, other than that it's decent.

As your records may or may not show I was with the store on Capitol Hill in Seattle for several years. Great service, great manager. This was inside parking for a class B motorhome. The only problem was the continuing raise of fees. Next came the eviction notice as they were going to remodel. Luckly I found a space back at the Ballard store where I was years ago. Let's hope you keep this one as-is.

Carrie went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. She was friendly, helpful and full of information. She truly wanted to find the appropriate solution for my storage needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Carrie for going above and beyond to make a not so pleasant task actually kind of fun!

Wonderful service! I only needed a unit for a few weeks while I moved and Carrie made my experience as smooth as could possibly be! She was attentive, provided unit sizing advice, and was able as friendly as could be. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short term or long term storage unit. (Hint: Online they have deals where the first month is discounted or free and there are no lease terms)
