The kiosk was great but the password we set-up still doesn't work.

The kiosk was very helpful but we needed to use the emergency pass code to get in because the one we set-up still hadn't worked.

Facility is fine but access was poor.

We were unable to raise the gate with our personal code. Had to repeatedly use the emergency code to get in.

    Great customer service

I initially wanted a 10x25 unit for a vehicle. Unfortunately, it was reserved while I got set up by a rep. They instead gave me a 10x30 at a discounted rate to make sure I got the space I needed.

    Great people, great price.

As easy as can be and the most reasonable price I could've asked for. Great customer service; very personable.

Great facility and friendly people, and easy decision for my storage needs.

This was an easy online reservation to complete and the website was up to date with current availability for the Charlottesville location. After completing the online reservations process, I received a phone call from Robin who wanted to know if I had any questions about the unit and if I had time to stop by and see the facility. Upon arriving, Robin grab a golf cart and showed me where I could park my trailer - I was offered several choices at the time. The decision to select Prime was a no-brainer. I completed my lease, parked my trailer and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I'd definitely rent from them again. Prime has locations elsewhere so be sure to check them out for your storage needs.
