    Broken elevators, insane rate hikes

    In about a year, they raised my rent 105%. When I told them I was a local struggling artist at Torpedo Factory and had lost my job, they took off $20. Thanks, but no thanks. Don't be fooled! The people who work here are nice, but at the end of the day, you're just a money source, not a human being. Also, one elevator (of two) has always been broken for the last year.
