Great building and excellent price

I don't know If I would recommend yet , the roaches are a game changer.

When we went to place our items into the storage unit. We saw a bunch of Roaches running around and it looked like they were coming out of the unit right beside the one we had just started renting out. So, to be honest if I see any of them in the unit that I'm renting then I probably will have to move my items elsewhere. I don't deal with bugs, and I definitely don't want to bring any into my house so I'm going to check on the unit periodically and decide from there.

Joshua, was extremely nice and he helped me understand the paperwork that I was signing. His customer service was amazing answered all of my questions that I had. I would definitely recommend the storage place

Joshua has been so helpful and made our move in seamless and even pleasurable. Heﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s kind, been punctual, thorough with the paperwork and very easy to communicate with. Our unit was clean when we got there and everything seems secure.

The desk clerk was amazing. She was very sweet, knowledgable and explained the rental agreement with ease. The unit was very clean and easy to access. I am very pleased that I chose Rent a Space, Route 460, Roanoke, Va.

I have had a great experience using these storage facilities and would recommend it to anyone. It is close enough to my workplace, downtown and the airport.

It was more expensive than I thought it would be.

The compulsory insurance should be noted on website, another cost, as well as needing a lock But they did let me use one of the locks they had, which was appreciated.

Solid cheap storage option

Dirtier than I expected with some spiders/spiderwebs and dark, but spacious and awesome for the price. Also remember to buy a lock, I forgot and had to go get one!
