Excellent Experience All Round

I moved from another storage facility as soon as a unit became available. Easy online reservation process held the unit for me until I was ready to move. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Unit is huge and looks brand new. Very happy customer. Strongly recommend

Great storage facility in Poquoson

The storage facility provided my family with the space and convenience at an affordable price. We were able to complete the move-in process over the phone and had out stuff moved in by the end of the day.

Originally assigned locker was already in use, plus the woman who made the reservation was fired the next day!

The confirmed storage facility locker had a red lock on it already! And when we called to complain, it turns out that the woman who made us the reservation had been fired the very next day. On the bright side, the replacement office worker got us a new storage locker, but the delay was frustrating and costly.

rented space via internet; immediate call confirmation from company; ready set go-great

Very easy, good promotion of two months half price, but full price seems a little overpriced to me considering there is no lighting and no temperature control. First representative I spoke with could not answer questions, didn't know if unit had electricity or garage type door. He had never visited facility so I went over and found my own unit. Once selected, renting unit was extremely easy and representative on that call was very helpful and knowledgable.
