Great Move-in Experience!

I had a great move in experience. I’m terrible with names but I believe it was Stephanie who walked me through my lease and made me feel very welcomed. I really appreciated the ease and accommodations with flat beds available for me to empty my uhaul and move into my space all by myself. So far so good and very happy with my experience!

My whole experience was fantastic

The process was fast, no issues with the storage unit. Staff was beyond wonderful.

Ugh, holiday schedule

I reserved the day before a holiday and planned to move in after the holiday. Great in theory for an online process but nope, there was a lock on the unit I was assigned, I couldn't get into the gate as my code wouldn't work so I waited until someone left to get in. Called the next day and got Sean who was helpful.

Great Staff

Stephany was awesome! Greeting me as soon as I walked into the office, explained everything regarding the rental agreement…the do’s and dont’s…escorted me to the unit, etc. Would highly recommend this storage company. On a positive note to the indoor storage, you can drive you vehicle into the building to unload…I was not expecting that.

Though there are lots of Storage options in the area, this place stands out and has a lot going for it. The team managing the location are super and offer a high level of customer care. Truly a happy renter!
