Neadia has provided us excellent customer service today. Without seeing the facility, Neadia was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the online reservation for a 10x10 unit. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the facility and how she manages the day-to-day operations as the Property Manager. This is why I give her 5 STARS! Amazing assistance today.

This place is clean, easy to navigate, and felt very safe. Online check-in was super easy, and appreciated it during these COVID times. Would recommend.

The managers on site did everything they could to make this a very smooth process in the middle of a hectic move. I had to rent extra storage, then switch it to a bigger unite - everything no problem. - Super friendly as well. - Very price competitive. - clean place

I ended up running late for 2 of my scheduled appointment times in one day and Mohammed was very understanding and helpful. I walked in 1 minute before closing time and he still took the time to walk me through everything and explain everything to a T. I really appreciated that because I feel like if I tried to do that w/ anyone else they would've rushed through and missed some key information that I should know.
