The extra fees that arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t advertised online is kind of annoying..cuz you get that surprise when you walk in to get the unit..other than that everything else was fine

Indoor, climate-controlled unit is at the bottom of a hill where flooding concerns are greatest. Insurance is more expensive than expected (no tiered pricing) and cannot be declined no matter what is being stored. The unit seemed to have been swept before renting it. The pricing was the best we could find for now but had to drive 45 minutes from home to get this cheaper rate. Overall, we are satisfied because this will be long-term storage making the distance less of a factor. Will have to put some things up off the floor to protect ourselves against flooding concerns.

Overall service has not been a good...

Overall service has not been a good experience. Initial contact was too pushy with sales. My return visit to make payment was terrible. There were two reps working and both were assisting one customer, laughing and talking and never acknowledged my presence. I finally interrupted and asked if I could make my payment on line. They were nice enough to stop and give me the one word answer of yes. Also by the leaks in the storage area, this PS is due for some repairs. Convenience and rates are why I gave 3 stars.

I came to this location earlier this week to pay a bill and one thing that really stood out was the customer service! A young man named David assisted me. Even though he was helping someone else, he greeted me right away and let me know that he would be right with me. He was extremely polite and made a great impression. I love companies that value their customers!

Every year, for a couple of months, I rent a storage unit to hide Christmas presents from the children. Never had any problems, always get what I want, and recommend to everyone.
