We had an easy time applying for this online, and then seeking assistance from the office staff to finalize. Very good location for us and also the price was what we could afford.

Customer service lacking

Customer service was lacking. Wish they were slightly more helpful

Good price & location

Easy to find, good location, easy access, clean enough ~ as far as garages go, A receptacle would have been a nice addition. •Booked on Sparefoot however, when I called a few weeks prior to move in date, there were none available. Receptionist was very kind, but said there was nothing she could do... •When I received the e-Mail reminder that move-in date was approaching from Sparefoot, I called them. Sparefoot in turn called Sierra Point and I was able to get a spot. This was only because a reservation had not paid. • There is some kind of a glitch between reservations on Sparefoot and the actual location. We could have had a real problem had it not been resolved.
