Clean and friendly

Met with Toni....office manager. Very professional. No hidden clauses. All out in the open. You provide your own lock and the space was all swept out and clean. Good lighting for hallway storage units.

After previously renting for 5 years, was happy to resume.

I might be wrong, but from talking online with Sparefoot, or maybe from the website, I inferred that I was to only be charged $15 extra for the first month of the new rental. However, when I paid in the Logan Self Storage office, I was charged $25 extra for the first month. This is not a complaint, but merely something that confused me slightly. Otherwise, everything is fine and professionally operated. As a retired military veteran, I especially appreciate the discount for military veterans.

Clean, friendly and convenient

We've used several storage companies in the valley and this is by far our favorite. Everything works. The management is great. They work hard to make sure everything stays nice. Our unit was super clean - not even a cobweb at move-in. Every question is answered promptly and the gate always works. It's everything we need at a reasonable price.

I initially reserved a unit online, and I picked the 3x5 size as I thought that it would meet my needs. What I failed to realize is that the small units only have a 2 foot wide door, and the appliance that I was trying to store would not fit through the door! Went back up to the leasing office and they were able to quickly switch me out to a larger unit with no hassle! I felt bad for making the guy go through the paperwork again. Overall, the *first* try on the paperwork took less than 10 minutes, the *second* time switching to a larger unit was even faster. Great service here! Units are about on par with any other storage company as far as cleanliness and build quality go. I like that they lock the facility up at 10PM every night, it adds a bit more security to protect my belongings. Overall I would recommend over the other facilities here in the valley.

We were able to meet the day before we moved our stuff in to make sure the space would be big enough. Needed a larger space and they switched us over no problem with no extra fees. They weren't pushy about selling us anything extra and were pleasant to work with the whole time.

So far the only thing I don't like is the ridiculous amount of emails I receive from you guys!!!! I have even clicked on the unsubscribe link and it shows an error 404 on your webpage

Logan self storage is a great first place to store college stuff. The staff is friendly and willing to help you figure out how to do things.

Decent place, snow removal could be better.

The customer service was really good. The only real complaint I have is that I had to dig out my outdoor parking spot which took awhile.
