    Amazing customer service!

    Leslie was so personable and professional at the same time; she was so helpful and warm, and I felt completely confident in using her facilities to store my belongings. I appreciate the temperature-controlled unit I chose and am very happy with my decision. If all continues to go well, then I may just be using this place for all of my future storage needs :)

    Leslie is a wonderful manager, she was friendly and personable, and made the transition very easy for me. I felt comfortable in her office, and definitely feel safe keeping my belongings in her facilities. I hope that this will be a good experience so I may use 7th West Storage again for future needs, so we shall see how things go. :)
