The absolute worse storage facility.

This facility is the worse facility I have ever rented from. I was in their facility utilizing several size units and the customer service tanked after the first six months. They fired the onsite manager and clearly put people in who have never even read the State of Utah Code on storage units. For the next 2 and 1/2 years the customer service was horrible and the threatening tone was just incredible. I felt as if they wanted my units as I was locked out several times when I should not have been. Rent at your own risk is my advice.

Great Facility, secure, clean, very nice Management

I have been with A1 for well over a year . never had a problem there, Managers are very friendly, And go out of their way to make sure customers are happy and if they are in need of anything, ive also noticed they are always checking locks to make sure your possessions are safe,{ best storage hand down}

Found my unit online with a great deal,, the sign-up process was fast and easy. Jennifer greeted me and was very nice and helpful, great location!!

Lance and Jennifer I think is her name theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re both the absolute best!!

Great place the two people working the desk are amazing. I am a little scared about the storage unit walls being so weak and easy to break. But other then that extremely happy with this place. Thank you

Friendly, helpful and a fair price

location private & is out of the way out of main flow traffic.

The manager could be nicer and more available when customer service is neede. He is very hands on with the units and personally knows customers, but real moody and unfriendly.

Onsite manager was outstanding very helpful and friendly.. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to a friend. I am thankful for everything this place has to offer!

Easy to Book

We needed a large storage unit and were able to book this one quickly. The price seems fair and setting it up was relatively easy.

Salesman seemed dishonest and squirrely (gray haired with patchy beard)

The proprietor or manager who met me seemed dishonest almost from the first moment. When I asked direct questions about the veterans discount that this website listed, he was non-committal and brushed past the issue several times. He is obviously an experienced, high pressure salesman - in all the worst ways. See my full review on Google, this site wont accept my lengthy critique.

This one is nice!

We reserved a well rated 10x20 storage unit, but when we got there it was kind of shabby and there was a big cockroach in the unit and it felt cramped because the ceiling was so low. So they referred us to A-1 Storage and it was like a breath of fresh air! The office was clean, they were organized and efficient. We got a 10x30 for only $20 more and it was HUGE with like 14 foot ceilings and no cockroaches! My son said he knows a home stager who keeps all her high end furniture there for staging homes for sale. I am thrilled with A-1 Access Storage!

Very Friendly service and easy set-up

Everything worked out well with A-1 Access Storage. It is a secluded area so be sure your map is right! Quick and easy lease agreement and the best price in town. I would definitely use them again if needed.
