Prefer someone at the counter who can provide rental assistance.

Website doesn't match the quote given to me over the phone. I had to have a manager approve a price that still doesn't match the quote or the price on the website. This is definitely an issue and causes a lot of misunderstanding. When you call a company and receive a conformation number on price, it should be honored. Why I had to pay extra is not good business. I hope they can fix this way of taking reservations.

Great facility

I love the electronic gate and the ease of getting things in the unit.

No weather strip on the door to keep dirt from blowing in

I was a little disappointed about there not being a weather strip on the door to keep dirt from blowing in. The unit wasn’t super clean. But the staff was very friendly and the price was good for the space I reserved.

Zion State Storage is competative and has most size units available

Zion State Storage has units available in about any size you might desire. Their prices are slightly higher than others, but less than some. About what the market is currently at. It is very convenient and easy to do business.

It was good and spacious.

Everything went smoothly and the unit was pretty nice. Our light doesn’t work but other than that it was pretty good. Good sized for first time use and good pricing even for broke college kids.

In and out in a few minutes and had my unit ready to go. I used to have a container type storage, but the ventilation in there is not good and there was way too much humidity. I wanted to get back to a normal built storage and these look really nice and updated.

Clean and easy

I am selling my house and needed a place to put furniture as it is being staged. This place got me into a 12x26 quickly. The unit is clean and the area has great lighting. Everything looks new. Great experience!

Amazing Customer Service

I rented a storage unit and couldn’t be happier with how easy the process was. The staff is so friendly and kind and made sure I was informed of everything that I needed to know! Additionally, I saw the new improvements they are putting in and I feel so safe coming to the facility, even at night. I would rate 6/5 stars if I could!

Facility is very cleans and well kept. The workers have also been great and found me the perfect size unit and took the time to do so!

Amazing renovation and service!

I had rented at another facility in the area and drive by this place everyday to work. It has recently gone under a total over haul and I rented my self a nice man cave. These guys take earning your business serious!
