I love this area

This is were i go when I need storage.

Move in was was smooth

I had my movers lined up and we arrived on Friday and within 2 hours we were able to get items in the storage. It took a little getting used to with the elevator and the bluetooh but we got it done. I appreciate Tivon Berry prepping me the day before by walking me to the spot and explaining how it all worked. Will recommend to others for sure!

Super easy rental process.

Loved being able to rnt unit online with no issues. Move in day I received a text wuth instructions on how to claim unit No rush to try to get over there during the hours the office was open ti sifn paperwork. Just drove up, found my unit, and started moving stuff in. Very easy and hassel free!

Bait, hook, and then raise price, Beware !

We moved two storage units from Plano to Public Storage thinking we would save money because they were offering a better price.After securing 2 large units I asked if we could secure a contract and they were reluctant. My monthly price 11/22/21 was $ 332.00 a month per unit and without any notification, 1/1/22 I received auto payment bill for $414.00 per unit. That is an increase of $82.00 a month per unit. Needless to say I was surprised at the increase. I just want to share with viewers that if you plan on renting for a long time make sure you have a contract , otherwise you will face my situation which I cannot afford right now and will be looking for an alternative option.

I now live in Austin, TX and am having friends/family members move my furniture into storage. This location is great! I was able to sign the lease online and receive all the additional information I needed via email and text such as the entry security codes, instructions, and directions to my unit. I was able to complete this without hassle over 200 miles away. Spare Foot helped me find this and reserve the unit at the fair price listed. Recommended!

Went in looking for the best deals in town. And after 7 different places I called nothing in my price range we had looked online for days and everything affordable was to far.
