Plenty of storage units to fit your needs, very clean and secure, easy to get in and out for moving trucks too, and wide enough paths to go around others visiting their units. All I could ask for! Oh! And it didn't flood during Harvey! I know because I live around the corner.

I just had to say I have had the best experience and the best customer service I've had going into public places but property manager Joyce at Public Storage changed ALLLLLLLLLLLLL that with her warming personality and service she helped a very very good friend of mine with getting the storage space for the right price!!! I have been a loyal customer to a variety of different Public Storage units; this is the best experience I have received so far. The location is very convenient (next to a major high way) and in a very safe neighborhood. The property manager Joyce is the most understanding and patient person I have ever worked with. I walked in Monday morning needing a climate controlled storage unit and she helped me right away. (Mind you, she hasn't properly opened up yet). Her customers needs come first and she made me feel top priority. She also didn't try to sell me any unnecessary things, she told me exactly what I needed and made me feel secure. Joyce also has a great memory so anytime you walk in she is already welcoming you with a big smile. I highly recommend this place, I promise you would not be disappointed.

Will go that extra step...

I had a very stressful moving day, and of course was running late cause Google decided I needed to drive a little. Arriving just minutes before closing Randy had my unit ready to view. Showed me the way the new locking system worked and paperwork done in a flash. I actually left looking in the mirror trying to figure out who that was grinning. Well that was me... thanks Randy good job
