    Richard was more than helpful! I had a horrible weekend with other incidents and he made the last part of this journey great. He was terrific when I needed a lock smith and had my problem solved within the hour. Absolutely top notch customer service!

    Richard was wonderful! Very helpful when moving in and even checked in to make sure everything was ok. He found that I did not lock my unit properly and called to let me know!! Would definitely recommend!

    The billing is confusing, I receive bills every two weeks and it's exhausting.

    Great Experience

    Richard the office manager was great! He explained everything to me and went through the paperwork fully. He was very patient, as I like to read what I'm signing. The storage unit itself was nice and clean ready for my 'stuff'. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage.
