    Good experience

    Good experience. The place needs some retouches. I don't know why I have to purchase another lock when I had already one (special for storage). But beside that it is good.

    I always enjoy coming into this location to pay my bill and to talk to Enus,she is so polite and informative.I know and understand that I can go to any public storage and make my payment but I choose to come here so that I can have a pep talk with her just because,I will definitely recommend this location for a very pleasant experience

    No hassle....

    20 mins. from walking in the door to driving away with unit rented. Even got one month free. Not perfect, little is these days, but, very well done, i have no complaints.

    Great Experience

    I was greeted at the door by Enus. She had a friendly smile and pleasant personality. She asked what I would be storing and made suggestions as to the size unit I would need. We then went thru the specials for the different size climate controlled units. Once I decided on the unit size, she took me to view the unit. She gave me all the information about the hours of operation, gate code and door code once the paperwork was completed. Enus was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to thank Enus for treating me so well during our business transaction. You don't find good customer service much anymore but, hers was superb.
