Trust and peace of mind

Needing to store many personal belonging because of a move,I enlisted the aid of a public storage employee to get feedback on what size unit needed for my items. The employee was extremely understanding,courteous and helpful with pertinent information both vocal and visual. The employee personified both skill and empathy and gained my trust. I rented my unit and left with the peace of mind that my needs were met and my items would be secure until i need to retrieve them.

Britney was very polite and amicable. Moving is stressful and she was able to make acquiring a storage unit into a walk in the park. The facility was clean and not too hard to navigate. The prices were great and the promotions they put on made it even better

Good service and well maintained

Public storage has always had clean units good security and good access hours. Ive used them in Austin and here in San Antonio. The 281 near hollywood park location is perfect for my needs. And the staff there were great. Cant go wrong with public storage. My cost for leasing my unit was super good.

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of ...

I made a reservation two weeks ahead of time. At no point was it clear that I would need insurance. I think this is a underhanded move. I get ready to move in and I'm told I need insurance. The stuff I placed in storage isn't worth 3k. Now I have an extra 11 dollars a month to bill. I understand I can get it from other place, I'm leaving the country for a year and don't have time. I feel it was a underhand move almost deceptive ( I mean really how many to you pay on) if i would have know I would have kept shopping for a unit or insurance. It sucks cause employees were awesome that just screwed up the whole experience.

I had a wonderful experience here. Karina that works at the front desk was very professional, courteous & extremely helpful. She made my moving transition easier for me. If i ever need another storage unit in the future I will come back to public storage!
