Easy process and accessibility.

Move in was smooth and easy. The manager Jessica helped a lot and was probably the main reason for choosing the location.

All of my possessions were stolen 3 days after move in

I moved in and 3 days later I return and my lock was changed and my stuff was stolen. And they reacted as if it was a daily occurrence. No response what so ever.

Not Access-Friendly

I was disappointed to find that you have to move everything in over a huge lip at the entrance. No easy way to use a dolly for heavy items. Also, no way for a box truck to get down the 'roads' within the complex. Not very access-friendly. If I had known this, I would not have rented the space. No other complaints - customer service was very good.

Mason, the Associate Store Manager, was rude and deliberately unhelpful

Just be prepared to encounter a very rude and unpleasant store manager. If it wasn't such an ordeal to move storage units I would do it based solely on my experience trying to communicate with this guy.

I like to thank Mr. Lewis for his assistance in getting a storage unit for my vehicle. I had previously made an reservation, but unfortunately I had an family emergency. Mr. Lewis after researching and modifications to my old reservation, he was able to get me another space. I commend him for his outstanding customer service ( something the world is really lacking today). He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, not just giving me prepared statements. Mr. Lewis continue to be an outstanding individual and may Christ continue to keep His ever unchanging Hands upon you and your family. Have a Blessed Day Г°Еёв„ўВЏ

Budget Facility

Onsite management is very friendly, quick & attentive. When I reserved the unit, I was not told that I needed a special type of lock and when I moved all of my belongings in, I was unable to lock the unit and the office was closed. I called customer service and they said that they would try to get ahold of someone to go assist me and that they would get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me so my belongings were left unlocked over night. They didn't reach out to me the following morning either. I had to call and ask them to go put a lock on for me until I could get back over there only lunch break. They didn't even offer the lock for free for the inconvenience. Make sure you don't need much room at the smaller units, the entry ways and drive ways are very tight. There are also huge curbs at the units entrances so you have to lift everything up into the units.

Great price, size for older storage units

Great customer service but the latch on my unit is old and very trick to work. The attendants have been super helpful though and the price and size is perfect!

A run down facility

Had issues with check in. The price I received in my email and what they tried to charge we didn't match. The door to the unit was very much rusted and difficult ti open. I won't be keeping my things there very long.

Lifestorage of roundrock is great, moving in was very easy and the people were very friendly. However, their website is kind of confusing and I haven't figured out how to pay rent
