Easy pull up access. Unit was easy to locate and clean.

Friendly and helpful

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and the fact that you can drive to your unit, even though is inside was amazing!! Very happy!

No Freight Elevator!

There is no freight elevator. They don't post lunch break hours, but locked the door during lunch anyway and said I had to wait.

The location and facilities are top notch. I was very happy with the customer service as well. Will recommend to anyone looking for a storage space in the future.

Ehhh It’s not bad but not the best

It’s decent for the price and location but the new hours is horrible. You’re rushed to unload before 9 then you can’t access 24hrs like advertised.

Horrible experience with the Corporate Office not able to help me!!

I moved to this location because the price was good, I had to b out of my old storage unit by the 25th of April but the 2nd DSY of moving in on a Sunday the entrance was locked with a chain, no entry, I had paid guys to come help me and now we have 2 trucks full of my things and nowhere to put them, there was no emergency person to call? No after hours assistance. This was unbelievably inconvenient and no one I spoke to Sunday could help or cared!!! I need to bbcompensated for my troubles and the guys I had helping me, I ended up having to keep my other unit because I work all day SND the chain gets put on when the employees leave at 6pm

Both doors at storage unit are broken. One of the doors that is broken is up, anyone could break into units. Horrible customer service start to finish

Clean storage, big facility. Maybe signs to find unit numbers could be helpful. Helpful, and friendly staff.
