I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I did all the paperwork online so all I had to do was look at the unit, and sign. Ineligible conversation and a happy customer. I have already have recommended 3 family members and everyone at work. So much better than callbox. If you don't mind sweating a little bit.

Pressured to sign

The unit was NOT actually the size it was labeled as (half a foot on each side. A significant number of sq feet overall. MEASURE YOUR UNIT BEFORE SIGNING). The workers excuse was that the walls were put up roughly and sizes were estimate... PS says the same, but has exact measurements. Uncle Bob does this on purpose so they can have more units to rent out. It's not that hard to put up walls with good measurements (an inch or two I can understand. 6'' ... NO) Finally, when I was reading the contract before signing, the worker told me he would fill in the blanks AFTER I had signed and that I shouldn't read the contract because its all standard (its 1 page as apposed to 3-4 at other places, so no, not standard, and definitely ALWAYS read contracts before signing.) He then threw me out because I insisted on reading the (one page) contract (5-10 minutes at VERY most) and did not let me keep the contract (half filled out with personal information) or the insurance contract (already filled out and signed...). This of course makes me worry about what would happen to my credit if he submitted the insurance contract without payment (as I did not in fact receive any services or close on a unit) In summary, this Uncle Bob employee and property builder do not seem to have much regard for the rights of the clients.

Great facility and staff!

I have been renting here for 7 months and am very satisfied. The climate control is great and the facilities maintained well. The front desk staff are so friendly and happy to help. Every single interaction with them has been pleasant. I highly recommend renting from this Uncle Bob's location.
