Selling our house, moving, and getting divorced all of the same time is a lot, but Public Storage made it easy for me to sign up online, Find exactly what I needed, and pay for it without having to go to the office. When we arrived, it was ready to go. Our lock was inside And we could start filling up our unit.

Clean building, friendly staff

The staff made it easy for me to rent a space. The online service was exceptional as well. When we were walked to the building to see our space, the buildings were clean from top to bottom. Highly recommend.

Clean and clear, there were dolly available for moving and easy to find unit

Unit not ready for move in.

Unable to access the unit for move-in. It had a lock on the unit when it was paid for. Could not reach a physical person to unlock.

I love the process and actual move in was extremely efficient, zero issues.

Got locked in on the first time using the storage

Got locked in and had no help from the storage staff and had to figure out how to get out. The remote team had no way to open the exit door so I had to back out of the entrance door.

Great service and clean , safe environment

I would recommend it to friends. I will continue to use the facility. The pricing is value for your money

Nice clean location for storage in Prosper, TX

The storage facility from Public Storage is very clean, contactless and high on ease of use. It's fully automated, and with your access code, you can enter at any time. There are dollies to shift your stuff into the storage space assigned for you. The facility is short staffed, so I was not able to view the storage space prior to my move-in schedule and estimate if I needed a bigger one.
