Michael is great with information and accommodation. There are several entrants into the storage facility based on what units you are renting. Place is very clean and have 2-3 carts near the entrance for loading and unloading.

Very good customer service. The staff was really helpful when I was finding an urgent storage area and all the transactions were done on-line and over the phone with a snap. Thankful for Life storage for being able to assist me in a breeze. I got it also on a promotional price and the staff helped me to get it on a very affordable price. The storage area is clean, well-lighted, safe, and with air conditioning.

Insurance is needed!

I just didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like the fact they never mentioned insurance was needed. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never rented before so I had no idea!

I'm impressed with the service.

I reserved online and got a call withing 15 minutes from a friendly helpful voice and we went through what would be required. A huge thank you for reminding me to bring my own lock or purchase one there (and for stressing the most secure) that saved me both time and money. My code to open the door didn't work (random computer glitch, happens to everyone) but Maureen was so patient working with me until I had to leave for a repast. She kept working on it after I left and called with a working code a short while later. I appreciate her making sure it was working before the office closed so I can access my unit after hours. Great customer service, VERY clean (like hospital clean wow), and the other people I met while there were friendly and helpful. Well lit, not scary at night, I feel safe leaving my (basically worthless lol) paperwork and excess chairs lol.
