Good space

Moved into my unit this past weekend. Everything is very easy to use, you get a text on how to get in with your pin, etc. it’s nice that you don’t have to talk to anyone to get in. I liked that they had dolly’s for you to use and load up on. Easy process overall and convenient.

Honesty, and good customer service makes a big difference.

Manager was helpful and informative. Most of all she was honest and upfront, when other places was holding back key information about fees and process.

This storage facility is very very neat and the customer service representative at this location -14002 Owen Tech Blvd Austin is very pleasant and very ready to help out with any issues you have. They also have trolleys that one can use to move stuff which really made my move-in very very easy and stressless

They hands down gave me the best price, by a margin, in the surrounding area. The facility is amazing and very clean, and the staff is absolutely the best, phenomenal customer service.
