    This is the first time that I have to rent a storage for putting my stuff in. However, everything is going great more than I've been expected! People should come to one these Public Storage locations to check out the competitive price, variable storage sizes, and amazing customer service!

    We just started renting at this property. The units we looked at and the property itself are clean. Deneen was very friendly and professional. She took the time to explain to us about the property, the rental agreement, insurance, payment options, etc. She has been there a long time and you can tell that she truly cares. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    Just want to let everyone know that if you ever need any kind of storage ... large or small ... Please get a hold of "Deneen" at the Public Storage location on Highway 303 in Arlington, Texas. She has been there forever and is very knowledgeable in what she does. What makes her a standout though is that she takes a personal interest in you ... And you don't find that nowadays!!! Keep up the good work ...

    I have used storage facilities off and on for over 30 years both for business and home and this location has the best customer service. It is currently being managed by Deneen who took the time to show me the unit and offed an alternate that ended out being better for me. She was very detailed in the paperwork and has since helped me out with questions. Great Job!
