    The lady in charge was great.

    Great facility and ideally located for us. The lady who waited on us (Lynn, I think) was very helpful and accommodating in the use of the truck. And... the use of the truck is an added wonderful bonus.

    Immediate fulfillment of my needs!

    I decided I needed a storage unit and Uncle Bob's was the right one. I went online and found them in less than 10 minutes. It was exactly what I needed and in my price range. I put in a reservation and went in that day. I viewed the property and rented a unit. Less than 30 minutes later I had my storage unit. Very fast and accurate. Thank you for a great service!

    Clean & Friendly

    I needed a unit ASAP, and Uncle Bob's had not only the best prices in the area but FREE box truck rental. I made my reservation online, so sign up was a breeze when I got there. Customer service was very friendly and helpful and both the truck and unit were clean. I highly recommend Uncle Bob's in Arlington.
