They were easy to reserve with, easy to work with, and cost was quite reasonable. I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing a storage solution.

Excellent customer service

The office staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. They also monitor the facility via walk thru’s and cameras. They helped me when I mistakenly locked the wrong unit! They were accommodating and patient with my account and unit. Very happy with the cleanliness of the facility also. Thank you!!

Out of Country Move

I moved from Wylie to Ottawa, Canada and needed someplace to store my belongings until I received my Canadian permanent residency. Right Space Storage in Murphy was chosen because of its proximity to my residence. I was able to rent a small storage unit for a reasonable price, was able to pay a year ahead and receive a month free. Being in another country, my contact with Right Space Storage via email was always responded to in a timely manner. The move-out was easy and I appreciate all the Right Space Storage did to make my international transition easy.

Customer Service Is Outstanding

Driving 2,000 miles and having people who genuinely want to help and greet you with a smile made the trip worthwhile. I have no complaints just gratitude for making the end of a hard drive easy. You may find a storage unit cheaper but I doubt if you will find a storage unit with nicer people.

She assured to me the security of your premises in such a way that I feel comfortable storing my gear, defining reasonable options to me should the space not be enough to accommodate what I own. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. He even waited for me when I arrived around closing time. He made me feel that my belongings would be safe there. I will tell anyone who asks about this place. So far it is the best decision I could have made.

I shopped around a lot and for the price and the SQ foot I could not bet it. The staff is very nice and the place is clean.

Very Nice

The facility is very nice and clean. I was shopping prices when I met a Sergeant from the Murphy Police department that was gathering goods from their unit they had on premise. I figured if the Murphy police department thought the facilty was a good place then my valuables would be safe
