Clean facility and Courteous Staff

Ms. Benda is a very friendly representative. She was courteous, proficient, informative and patient. I do not know Ms. Brenda, personally. Further, when I left the office, I felt as thought I had been listened to.

So glad that I found this gem.

Brenda has truly been so amazing and helpful. With all the stress of moving from out of state, she was able to make sure things went smoothly when we were not able to make it before closing. Trust that if there is a way to help she will make it happen.

We have used Todd Storage for years now. Best storage facility in Mansfield. We love Brenda. You canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t go wrong using them. The prices and the truck use makes them the best.

Good location and price

The location and price is what made us select this location. The only ding I would have to give is that the leasing person did not give good directions to the actual unit. We had to circle the lot twice before we found I'd.

It was a little chaotic in the office as their manager was out very sick, but they were able to get my paperwork filed and I got half off the second month as a discount, which was nice

Reasonable price for quality space

I was told about this place from a fellow employee and could not turn it down because of how reasonable the price was. Brenda at the front desk was also extremely helpful for everything and is also polite. I see myself building a relationship with this storage company until I need it.

Hidden additional fees, for each transaction...

Vehicle parking is in bad location, and still have to pay for full amount(not prorated) even if you only keep car only 1 week...also, customer service didn't even ensure, lock, code work, etc...

Quick and Easy

Process went smooth and everything was explained. Little pricier than I was expecting but seems to be the going rate in this area. Manager Dave was nice.
