Renting the climate controlled storage.

I am renting the 5' x 10' climate controlled unit and was able to easily put there all the furniture from 1 bedroom apartment. The unit was clean, no critters insight. Paper work was done on-line, everything was/is very efficient. Manager was very helpful and answered all my questions. Only thing I do not like as much is, that when you exit the I35N the entrance is very close and you have to cross two lines to get in within very short time on a sometimes busy feeder road.

I would like if someone was in the office so I could tour the facility. But the facility is clean, not a lot of tenants so thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nice.

Robin is the Best!

Robin was very friendly, informative, and easy to deal with. I was not previously made aware that I needed to provide my trailerﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s registration or title - so had to drive back home to get it - but Robin smoothed things over very nicely and politely. You guys need to keep her around.

Units are designed and constructed well. The manager(Angela) explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful and friendly. She also asked about my needs and suggested what would fit my situation.

We have had a good experience at Public Storage; particularly with Angela, who is the property manager. She took time to realize what our storage needs were, and to find the right unit for us. Public Storage was one local company that had the size of unit we needed to hold all of the items we brought from our out-of-town move. Just two items to be aware of; Public Storage uses their own proprietary locks ($19-$20) for their units, and the alleyways are a bit narrow at this location (we were in a 26' U-haul truck. Normal vehicles should have no problem).

A good experience at Public Storage in Austin

We recently rented a storage unit at Public Storage, located along I-35 in Austin, TX. We received great help from Angela, as she helped us find the unit that would fit our needs. This is an older facility, but the units were in good shape, and they offered larger sized units than other facilities in the area. Our only trouble was trying to get a 26' U-haul truck to our unit location. The paved roadways can be narrow in some spots, but only for a truck this size; regular vehicles will have no problem navigating around the facility. We considered this our best choice for storage in this part of Austin.
