    Nice people & storage, entrance VERY rough

    Going through a third party to set up reservation shouldn't be needed although the customer service was excellent! Extra emails about calling before you move in causes confusion, but yet again great customer service. Unit needed to be swept out and nobody stated a wire lock would need to be removed, which was not easy. The entrance has a steep grade that would definitely do damage to small cars, so be aware. Otherwise for the price it is great storage.
