It was easy to get a hold of someone and get everything set up. The storage space was great and a perfect location.

Excellent location with all the units on the grounds floor. Very helpful staff, made easier for us with this being our second time renting a Public Storage unit in Texas. The location needs more trolleys (only 2 at the time we needed them) and our previous location had 6 - you also have to ask at reception for them as they are kept locked away. Happy to have the unit there

I had a great time in meeting with the lady at the Public Storage on Fredrickburg Rd. She was very knowledgeable of the place. Showed me the storage before I rented it to make sure it was what I needed.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Just besides the hidden fee of insurance which I understand if that is required but they make it seem that the 1st month is $1 fee but there is hidden fee when you show up. It's the total of other storage units around town. And I have to pay more monthly with public storage. Also I have rented else where and they have dulleys to move items to my storage unit unfortunately they dont have that available. Which is a bit hard for someone who is healing from health issues. But customer service is great!

Two very helpful young ladies

the two young ladys who helped me out were very friendly, very informative and went out of there way for me. I do appreciate them explaining to me all the details of renting and leaving. thank you to the the two young ladies who went out of there way for me.

The gate code is so long and they've recently raised prices by like 20 dollars.

Very clean I like the security locks for the storages and clean of break ins

Excited all my expectations with fast, clean, friendly service.

The storage unit was perfect size and bargain on price. Totally worth it for a fast in and out renting on unit. Plus security gate has restrictions having you type gate code in&out and time on closing gate. The wide space is the best with my having a truck making it easy to maneuver getting access to my storage unit.

Clean units, controlled access gate, climate controlled units. Use of the rolling cart is the only way I could have placed my belongings in this unit. Thank you

Ari was very polite, professional and friendly, accommodating knowledgeable expedient, efficient and thorough. I explained to her that I wouldn't be able to pick up my truck until 7 p.m. There is only one disappointment with this facility I can say is that I don't like that it's not 24 hours. Having said that, she was very caring and understanding. She gave me a one-time overnight pass to get in because I had no one to help me and I couldn't pick up my truck until the evening. I had to move a 10x25 unit that was full myself. I didn't get finished until after 1 a.m. The facility was extremely well lit. I had a very large truck a 17 foot truck it was very easy to get in and out. I love the spacing between the buildings! I felt very comfortable turning around or doing anything I needed to do with the truck. Most storage facilities are extremely narrow when it comes to the amount of space between the buildings and it can be a little nerve-wracking driving a truck through those. I had my dog with me just in case but I felt very comfortable! I felt very safe! I really love that there is a little timer dial that you can turn and it gives you 30 minutes at a time of light inside your storage unit! I love that that is not only energy saving but a lot of places don't have a light inside the storage unit. My unit was very clean! No sign of mice or bugs! My unit was so spacious that it looked bigger than my unit at Morningstar Storage....and $80 cheaper! The location is only a little over 3 miles from my place. Also, a 10X25 storage unit like at Morningstar storage is over $200!!!! If you do an online reservation your first 30 days is only $1! After that, for a 10X25 I'm paying $145/mo!!!!!!! SWEET!

They made the process painless and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything in order to move in. Also the great deal on the unit helped!

Had no choice but to get storage.

I think the rent is a little high for the space, but the $1 special helps the first month. The manager on duty, Ari was very polite, helpful and courteous. We were given an easy access spot which is great since we have a smaller unit. It is conveniently located near my residence.

Not Exactly Inexpensive, But Clean and Well-Managed

I recently rented climate-controlled storage space at Public Storage. The cost was more than a comparable other firm, but I chose Public Storage as one of the closest locations. The facility impressed me as clean and tidy. It is obvious that you get what you pay for. So far, my experience has been positive.

excellent service

from start to leasing the unit, the process was easy. i visited the location and the onsite manager was friendly and helpful, showing me the options and units, inorder to figure out what size storage i needed. the website to make my reservation was easy to navigate and started the process. the unit and locate is clean and gated well. pleased with the whole process (website, personnel, location and unit).
