We are located right on the Loop (across from DMV), we have brand new regular and climate units, no security deposit and local moving truck. Additionally, we are pleased to offer our customers Tenant Insurance that covers almost any personal or business property you store is eligible for coverage. Protect your valuables from loss or damage with the specially designed SIAS Protect Plan . Come see us today and let us show you how convenient and professional storage can be. Please note, free use of truck is available for 10 x 10 or larger units and require a valid drivers license and insurance card. The advertised pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE the required Proof of Coverage, monthly SIAS Protection plan fee of 10.00. Effective November 1, 2015, the SIAS Protection Plan fee will be assessed to all NEW units being rented that do not present required documentation of coverage requirements.
