    Was taken excellent care of..

    Was taken excellent care of... he took time to explain everything and go over all documents, etc. Walked me to storage area... when I left I had keys.... you have a good man taking care of things

    Nice location and decent pricing

    Nice location and decent pricing, just wish the customer wasn't forced to buy insurance. In my case I wasn't putting anything that important in there that I was worried about getting stolen.

    They are friendly and so helpful. They spent time with me when I took the measurements of all I needed to store and helped me figure out the smallest unit I could fit into. There was always someone at the desk available to help me.

    This is the best storage unit in Houston, TX possibly the world. The manager Faisal is very helpful, courteous, and kind. The staff Erica, Dee, and Faisal keep the premises very clean, well lit, and safe. I have seen a few storage units in my day, and this particular location sets the bar for storage unit facilities everywhere. Facility has state of the art security systems so you can rest assured that your belongings are stored safe and sound. If you are looking for the best storage unit ever call Faisal and get to Public Storage.
