I used to be with public storage for years they have gotten so big that they just don't care about their customers anymore keep smart on the other hand with Christine being the manager of the location I currently am using storage made me feel right at home as if I had been there for years already. Pretty clean clean enough for me super close to my home and no BS from PS anymore thank god! Thanks Christine store #0688

Great Space Overall

I absolutely loved how knowledgeable the branch manager was about the unit size, what could realistically fit inside and the helpful advice he gave choosing a move in date. Further, he keeps the office and units meticulously clean and well organized. n addition, the moving truck at that location was i excellent condition and definitely made this relocation much cheaper than it was going to be without this excellent service. i Would recommend everyone use this location.

Wonderful Experience

Great experience and the office manager Tony was such a wonderful asset. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right size and the entire process. I could not have had a better customer service experience.

Nice facility. Talkative manager.

The lock system is a bit complicated and the manager rattled off the how-to as if a 5 year old could do it. When I couldn't open my unit I was treated a little as if I was a moron. All of that aside, the facility is clean, well lit, climate controlled, and seems quite secure. The only con regarding the facility itself is that it is multiple floors. It is not easy to move an entire house to the second floor through service elevators.

Misunderstanding about the lock type for my unit. I purchased the wrong lock for the unit.

The overall experience that I had at CubeSmart was a ver good one. I would recommend to a friend.

Took Forever!

It took forever to get the paperwork done here. Everyime I came up there was a sign that said will be back in 15 minutes. I went to go eat lunch and came back and they still were not in there! It took three different numbers to get connected to customer service with a human being and when the guy showed up he said he was at the bank. I don't know why he was at the bank for 2.5 hrs in the early afternoon on a Thursday and left no one to man the office. The place is clean and the security is very good. Once you have your paperwork filled out it is easy to get in and out and there are carts and elevators to get your stuff to whatever floor you are on. All in all it is one of the beter storage units I had but if you need to get a hold of an actual person then forget it!
