    Biggest issue for me is that the gate code requires you to get out of your car, only reason not 5 stars.

    The only issue that I had was that it's not as cool as I wanted it to be it's a little humid so I worry about my clothes but the service was great!

    Convenient facility, friendly staff.

    The unit was a bit warmer than I expected for climate controlled. Other units in the same facility were cooler. But easy to access and plenty of rolling carts to use.

    Excellence in service. There was a torrential downpour in Houston when we went to unload to moving truck. The staff kindly let us leave the Penske truck behind the secure fence and we returned the next day to move in. Thank you!!

    Lynda, the manager was WONDERFUL!

    I was extremely impressed by the facility manager. She was friendly, helpful, informative and charming!
