This is my first time using storage unit. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, patience,courteous and kind. The location is very clean. Steven (Stephen) assisted me on Tuesday, December 26th. I put some of my items in my new storage space. You can ask as many questions that you want. No staff personnel was not rude. Thank you very much. Very good location and affordable pricing The only drawback is that the operating hrs to visit unit are 9:00am to 6:00pm which is very limiting sometimes compared to the South Rice Av. Location

The storage facility is clean, maintained, and well managed. My job has brought me to Houston, and I quickly discovered that Houston has hundreds of storage facilities, which was beyond overwhelming. After viewing the facility, along with wonderful service from the staff, we decided to look no further.I strongly recommend this facility to anyone in the area looking for safe, affordable, and well managed storage.
